General Policy
Payment is due at the time of booking. A rebooking fee equal to 10% of the total room charge for the reservation will be applied to cancellations received thirty (30) days or more prior to arrival. No refunds, credits or changes issued within thirty Days.

We've transitioned to Mobile Check-ins at Driftwood! Electronic Door Codes will be provided to you on the day of check-in, and information about that is sent to the mobile phone number we have on file for your Reservation. All Reservations are provided with 1 Parking Pass per stay, and a Parking Pass will be provided to you at check-in.
No Pets Allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised, registered Hotel Guests will have access to use the facilities during your stay. You will be provided 2 parking passes per Room Reserved.
